These are the Terms and Conditions that will apply to you when booking one of our retreats. Please read them carefully as you will be bound by them after making payment.

Attendance at this retreat and involvement in any and all retreat activities are at your own risk. It is your responsibility to arrange travel insurance if required.

Please note that we only offer retreats and related activities to those 18 years of age and over, and by proceeding, you confirm you meet this minimum age requirement.

All retreat prices shown are per person and are quoted and payable in Great British Pounds. Transportation to and from the venue is not included.

If only the deposit is paid on registration, the final balance is payable by 1st February 2024.

An invoice for the amount due will be issued by the Organiser to you to the email address used to register. Failure to pay the invoice for the balance in full within 7 days will result in you forfeiting your place. In such a case there will be no refunds on payments made up to that point.

Happy Bride Club is not responsible for any fees incurred due to currency exchange or fees charged by your credit card/bank for processing funds in another currency.

Retreat payments including any deposit paid, are non-refundable. All sales are final.

We understand that unexpected events can arise that can affect your plans, and we therefore strongly recommend you take out appropriate travel insurance to cover you for these unexpected situations.

You must inform us on the retreat attendee information form (sent to you via email within 2 working days of receiving payment for retreat) of any medical conditions, pregnancy, disability or any other mental and or physical condition which may affect ability to participate in the retreat.

Some retreat activities may be unsuitable for Participants due to age, mobility, disability, pregnancy or physical or mental conditions, please email if you have concerns. It is absolutely vital that you are honest about your health and any medical conditions for your own safety. Please read our separate Disclaimer for services and activities provided by our third-party supplier.

We will do our best to meet special requests including dietary requirements, allergies or physical limitations, but this may not always be possible depending on the retreat. In such cases we reserve the right to cancel the booking and will provide a full refund.

We reserve the right to cancel a retreat in exceptional circumstances. In this case, we will offer you the opportunity to move your ticket to the next retreat date. If you are unable to make the new date, you will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that you may have incurred as a result of the booking such as rail fares, non-refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment, etc.

If the retreat is unavoidably cancelled due to restrictions imposed by Government in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will offer you the opportunity to move your ticket to the next retreat date. If you are unable to make the new date you will receive a full refund. Please note: No refunds will be given in case of you testing positive for COVID, or any other COVID-related circumstances preventing you from travelling to and attending the retreat. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate insurance to cover this eventuality.

Happy Bride Club’s Retreat Leaders’ decisions will at all times be final on all matters likely to affect the safety and well-being of participants. We reserve the right to prohibit any Client from continuing on a retreat with no right of refund if, in our opinion, that Client’s actions pose a threat to the safety of others, themselves, or damage to the property.

You acknowledge that participation in the retreat carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries or property loss.

You agree to waive, release, and discharge the Organisers from any and all liability for death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft or actions of any kind.

We take your safety and well-being very seriously, which is why we partner with trained professionals for our retreats. However, you are ultimately responsible for your own safety, and it is extremely important that you adhere to any rules and regulations imposed by the Company, its Leaders and/or Local Guides and instructions given by them.

The retreat’s teaching material contains intellectual property owned by Happy Bride Club, including copyrights, proprietary information, trademarks, and other intellectual property. We reserve all rights in this intellectual property. While you may blog about, or otherwise share via social media, your general experience regarding the retreat, you may not publish, redistribute, copy, synopsize, or otherwise convey to others any content from the retreat for any purpose whatsoever. All teaching material is exclusively the property of the Organiser and is strictly protected by intellectual property/copyright law.

Any valuables brought onto the site are your responsibility.

You understand that there may be no Wi-Fi available on site and mobile signal may be limited.

In the case of emergency, natural disaster, or cancellation by the venue for any reason, the Organiser reserves the right to change the venue without notice at any time.

The Organiser reserves the right to change the schedule and teaching staff without notice at any time.

These Booking Terms and Conditions may only be waived or amended by written mutual consent. When a Client completes, submits and makes the payment for booking their place for a retreat, they agree to accept all these conditions, and when the booking is accepted, we agree to carry out the obligations as defined therein.

We will contact you within 2 working days after receiving your payment, to confirm your participation in your selected retreat.

Any disputes will be dealt with under the laws of England and Wales.
