These are the Terms and Conditions that will apply to you when booking onto one of our supplier networking meetings (both virtual and in-person) Please read them carefully as you will be bound by them after making payment.

Please note that we only offer meetings and related activities to those 18 years of age and over, and by proceeding, you confirm you meet this minimum age requirement.

Attendance at the networking meeting and involvement in any and all activities are at your own risk.

All meeting prices shown are per person and are quoted and payable in Great British Pounds. Transportation to and from the physical meetings is not included.

Payments including any deposit paid, are non-refundable. All sales are final.

Please note, we make no guarantee on the number of people that attend our networking meetings. We will not run a session if there are fewer than 3 people present. If this happens, we will cancel the session and you will receive a full refund. 

Some activities may be unsuitable for Clients due to age, mobility, disability, pregnancy or physical or mental conditions, please email if you have concerns. It is absolutely vital that you are honest about your health and any medical conditions for your own safety, and you let us know beforehand if it’s something we need to know: hello@happybrideclub.com

We will do our best to meet special requests including dietary requirements, allergies or physical limitations, but this may not always be possible depending on the meeting. In such cases we reserve the right to cancel your ticket and will provide a full refund.

We reserve the right to cancel a meeting in exceptional circumstances. In this case, we will offer you the opportunity to move your ticket to the next meeting date. If you are unable to make the new date, you will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that you may have incurred as a result of the booking such as rail fares, non-refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment, etc.

If the meeting is unavoidably cancelled due to restrictions imposed by Government in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will offer you the opportunity to move your ticket to the next meeting date. If you are unable to make the new date you will receive a full refund.

The meeting's hosts’ decisions will at all times be final on all matters likely to affect the safety and well-being of participants. We reserve the right to prohibit any Client from continuing in a meeting with no right of refund if, in our opinion, that Client’s actions pose a threat to the safety of others, themselves, or damage to the venue.

It is requested that at all times your behaviour towards others is polite and respectful. We will not be held responsible for the behaviour or actions of any other members. Should your behaviour be deemed offensive or inappropriate we reserve the right to ask you to leave the meeting with immediate effect and without any refund.

We ask that all members in the meeting respect the rights of others in respect of their behaviour and privacy. We will not be responsible for the action of any members including for any disclosures made by any members based on information which has been shared within the meeting.

We take your safety and well-being very seriously, however, you are ultimately responsible for your own safety, and it is extremely important that you adhere to any rules and regulations imposed by the Company, its Hosts and/or Local Guides and instructions given by them.

Any teaching materials contain intellectual property owned by Happy Bride Club, including copyrights, proprietary information, trademarks, and other intellectual property, and is strictly protected by intellectual property/copyright law.

Any valuables brought onto the site of the networking meeting are your responsibility.

You understand that there may be no Wi-Fi available on site and mobile signal may be limited.

In the case of emergency, natural disaster, or cancellation by the venue for any reason, the Organiser reserves the right to change the venue without notice at any time.

The Organiser reserves the right to change the schedule and teaching staff, if booked, without notice at any time.

These Booking Terms and Conditions may only be waived or amended by written mutual consent. When a Client completes, submits and makes the payment for booking their place for a networking meeting, they agree to accept all these conditions, and when the booking is accepted, we agree to carry out the obligations as defined therein.

Any disputes will be dealt with under the laws of England and Wales.

We will contact you within 2-3 working days after receiving your payment, to confirm your participation in your selected networking meeting.
